TOWN HALL IS NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND YOU MAY ATTEND CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS IN PERSON.
COUNCIL COVID POLICIES. If you attend the Council meeting in person, you will be required to follow applicable Centers for Disease Control, state, and/or local COVID guidelines, as they may change from time to time, related to social distancing and any other matters. City authorities, boards, and commissions may have different COVID policies and they should be consulted directly about their individual policies.
PUBLIC COMMENT INSTRUCTIONS. If you would like to speak during the City Council meeting, you may attend the meeting in person or comment over the phone. You may register to make phone comments by emailing your name, address, phone number, and comment topic to cityclerk@bethlehem-pa.gov by 2:00 PM on the meeting date. If you sign up by email, the Council President will call you from (610) 997-7963. After all in person and pre-registered speakers comment, the Council President will ask whether anyone else would like to call into the meeting. To comment at that time, call (610) 997-7963. NOTES: A five minute time limit will apply to all public comments. Calls to the public comment number will only be accepted during public comment period(s). If you call and the line is busy, call back when the current speaker is finished. Please turn off all computer speakers, televisions, or radios. At the start of the call, please state your name and address. The Council email address above is not monitored during meetings.
