MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Responsible for Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) compliance to Federal and State requirements, including, administration of NPDES Permit and the Municipal Industrial Pretreatment Program (MIPP); provides the WWTP management team with analytical support through trend analysis of key process data, development of in-plant reporting methods and process audits; generates regulatory reports relevant to wastewater permits; supervises two (2) MIPP Lab Technicians; generates monthly Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) and submits to PA DEP; maintains all required records required for federal MIP programs; facilitates industrial sampling, analysis, permits and violation notices; facilitates the creation, maintenance, and auditing of all WWTP standard operating procedures.
