Special Activity Meetings S.A.M.
The City of Bethlehem is excited to announce we are now conducting Special Activity Meetings at City Hall every second Wednesday of each month starting at 2 p.m. *Questions/Inquires Exclusively Regarding Food Trucks Will Begin At 2:30 p.m.*
A representative from each department will be present to answer questions or address any issues you may have about your Special event (parades, walks/runs, festivals, etc.).
Anyone may attend but we do ask that if your event is new, you must attend at least one of these meetings.
We want your event to be a success and attendance at one of these meetings ensures you will receive the necessary information.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all planning applications, zoning hearing board appeals and Certificates of Appropriateness/Historic Board applications are strongly encouraged to submit the waiver below of timeliness for review to protect the applicant, the Board Members, City officials and members of the public from the risk of COVID-19 exposure.
