Festivals/Special Events Application

Special Activity Meetings S.A.M.

The City of Bethlehem is excited to announce we are now conducting Special Activity Meetings in Town Hall the second Wednesday of each month from 2pm to 4pm.  A representative from each department will be present to answer questions or address any issues you may have about your Special event (parades, walks/runs, festivals, etc.).

Anyone may attend but we do ask that if your event is new, you must attend at least one of these meetings.

We want your event to be a success and attendance at one of these meetings ensures you will receive the necessary information.

If possible, please RSVP with Judith Stiles at 610-865-7079.

Thank you.
