RFP: Professional Services for a Community Center Feasibility Study 
The City of Bethlehem is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms and/or individuals to provide a comprehensive feasibility study for the creation, construction and operation of a community center in South Bethlehem. Bethlehem seeks to create a community space for all ages, a place that is reflective of the City’s values as an inclusive and progressive community in its design, mission and usage.

COVID Funding Assistance
Throughout 2020 the pandemic substantially impacted the business community. In response to the business community’s needs, the Department of Community and Economic Development created programming to support businesses affected by
COVID restrictions. Additionally, the department expanded support for non-profit organizations that could address other COVID-related community needs such as rental assistance, homelessness, and increased demand for addiction treatment.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all planning applications, zoning hearing board appeals and Certificates of Appropriateness/Historic Board applications are strongly encouraged to submit the waiver below of timeliness for review to protect the applicant, the Board Members, City officials and members of the public from the risk of COVID-19 exposure.
