City of Bethlehem Snow Emergency to End Monday, February 23, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2026 The City of Bethlehem will end its snow emergency Monday, February 23, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. With the lifting of the emergency, vehicles may legally park on snow emergency routes in the City after 5:00 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2026. A reminder from the Bethlehem Parking Authority that vehicles must be removed from the North Street, New Street, Polk Street, Riverport and Walnut Street public gated parking garages within 4 hours of the end of the snow emergency, or by 9:00 p.m., or they will be charged to exit.
