Issue with an Officer

Your opinion matters to us.  If you believe that the conduct of an employee was inappropriate, you may file a complaint with the Department.  This will result in an investigation into the incident by a supervisor. When referencing the issue, please be as specific as possible and include the date, time, description of events, and name(s) of the officers if known.   If you feel the matter requires immediate attention, you may call 610-865-7000 and request to speak to a supervisor at Department Headquarters.  

Complaints can Department Headquarters is located at 10 E. Church St. Bethlehem PA 18018.  There, a department supervisor will assist you in filling out an Employee Misconduct Allegation form.
