This will result in an investigation into the incident by a supervisor. When referencing the issue, please be as specific as possible and include the date, time, description of events, and name(s) of the officers if known. If you feel the matter requires immediate attention, you may call 610-865-7000 and request to speak to a supervisor at Department Headquarters.
