Immunizations

Protect precious moments. Stay up to date on routine vaccines.

Even though fewer people in the United States are getting sick from diseases that vaccines can prevent, there’s still a chance that some of these diseases could happen. To keep these diseases from coming back, the Immunization Program wants to make sure more people in Bethlehem get vaccinated and understand how important it is.

Adults should make sure they stay protected from these diseases throughout their lives. Sometimes, protection from vaccines given during childhood might not last forever, so adults might need extra doses or new vaccines, as suggested by the CDC.

If adults are at high risk, don't have insurance, or come from another country, they can get free vaccines from the Health Bureau through the 317 Vaccine Program.

These vaccines include: Tdap, Td, MMR, Varicella, Shingrix, Pneumococcal, HPV, and Hepatitis A & B.
