Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule -
The RRP rule broadly applies to renovation, repair or painting activities performed for compensation that disturb painted surfaces in target housing and child occupied facilities. An occupanying rule known as the Lead Safe Housing Rule
applies to those homes receiving funding from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
