SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS FOR SUBDIVISIONS AND LAND DEVELOPMENTS
MAJOR SUBDIVISIONS, MAJOR AND MINOR LAND DEVELOPMENTS


In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all planning applications, zoning hearing board appeals and Certificates of Appropriateness/Historic Board applications are strongly encouraged to submit the waiver below of timeliness for review to protect the applicant, the Board Members, City officials and members of the public from the risk of COVID-19 exposure. 
Waiver Request (PDF)
  • 8 sets of plans
  • Engineering- Full set required
  • Zoning- Full set required
  • Traffic- Record Plan and Traffic Impact Study (If over 50 trips per peak hour), or traffic counts as per 9th Edition of ITE Trip Generation Manual
  • Fire- Utility Plan and any plan with Fire Truck Turning Movements
  • Water- Utility Plan
  • Forester- Record Plan, Existing Features Plan, Landscaping Plan, Landscape Plan Requirements Form
  • City Electrician- Lighting Plan
  • Recycling- Record Plan
  • 2 copies of Site Plan Checklist
  • Statement of Intent
  • Subdivision and Land Development Application Form
  • 2 copies of Landscape Plan Requirements Form
  • Application Fee

SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTS AND DOCUMENTS

  • 1 Set Stormwater Management Plan, narrative and calculations
  • 1 Erosion and Sedimentation Control Report
  • DEP Planning Module, if applicable
  • 1 copy of Traffic Impact Study, or a letter documenting exemption from traffic study requirements
  • LVPC Transmittal Memo
  • GIS/AutoCAD compatible disk in accordance with SALDO Section 1345.06 (Submit at end of Project)
  • Traffic Study escrow fee, if warranted

Final Plan $750 + $100 per lot

Final Plan $500 + $250 per lot

NON RESIDENTIAL
