Bethlehem's Cribs for Kids chapter provides a safe place to sleep for children between the ages of 0-1 years old, who do not have a safe sleeping environment. If your infant meets the criteria, they may qualify for a pack and play.
Our community health nurse provides:
- A home visit
- Safe sleep education
- Graco Pack N Play
Eligibility
- Bethlehem resident
- No safe place for baby to sleep
- Income qualifying

- Please note, we are not an emergency crib delivery service. It takes 3-5 business days for us to review the requests and reach out to referrals.
- Please wait until 32 weeks of pregnancy to submit the referral as we prefer the education to be done close to time of delivery.
