Safe Sleep Program (Cribs for Kids)

Bethlehem's CfK's chapter provides a safe place to sleep for children between the ages of 0-1 years old, who do not have a safe sleeping environment. If your infant meets the criteria, they may qualify for a pack and play.

Our community health nurse provides:

  • Home visits
  • Safe sleep education
  • Graco Pack N Play

Eligibility

  • Bethlehem resident
  • Income qualifying
  • Pregnant or new mom or regular caregiver
  • Cribs for Kids Referral Form
