PARTNERS FOR A HEALTHY BABY (PFHB)
- Free monthly home visits for pregnant women and families with children through 3 years of age by a registered nurse or social worker
- Each visit is individualized and personalized to best meet the family/parent needs
- Referrals to connect families with necessary resources and referrals
- Must be a Bethlehem or Northampton County resident
- Provides educational materials and free baby items
- Breastfeeding support
