To obtain a Building Commercial Certificate of Occupancy you must complete the required application and submit it with (2) copies of a floor plan, a site plan and the required fees as noted on the bottom of the application.
For a facility proposing to serve food or food products, a Health Review is required. The application for Food Service Facility Plan Review must be submitted along with a floor plan, intended menu, a list of proposed equipment and the required fee as noted on the form.
To obtain a Business Mercantile License complete the Business Registration/Mercantile License application and submit it with the $25.00 fee.
