Recreational Complex

           In recognition of the many accomplishments of Mayor Ken Smith during his time in office, including the complete rebuilding of the Penn Forrest Dam costing 60 million dollars, the restoration of Sand Island into a great recreational facility and serving as Chairman during the 250^th anniversary of the City of Bethlehem where he served as chairman.
 
            On behalf of the citizens of the City of Bethlehem I, Robert J. Donchez, Mayor, hereby dedicate the Mayor Ken Smith Sand Island Recreational Complex.
