City Council will conduct a Public Hearing regarding amendments to Bill 38-2015, a proposed Zoning Text Amendment Ordinance - Office Mixed Use District, a new Zoning District.  City Council proposed amendments to Bill 38-2015 at the Tuesday, November 4, 2015 Council Meeting to amend Article 1301, Classification of Districts, Section 1303.07, Purpose of Each District – the chart in Article 1305, Allowed Uses in Primarily Non-Residential Districts, Section 1305.01(a) – Article 1311, Design Standards in the CL, CB, and OMU Districts, Section 1311.01, Purposes – Article 1314, Additional Requirements for the OMU District, Section 1314.01, Purposes and Section 1314.02(c).
