Prior to consideration of the regular Agenda items, a Public Hearing will be conducted to review a proposed Resolution to redefine the deteriorated area to be covered under the LERTA (Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance) Ordinance to reflect a reduction in the previously approved deteriorated area.
