Clinical Services

The clinics offered by the Bethlehem Health Bureau provide care to the community on an outpatient basis. These clinics provide health services that are considered essential to people who cannot afford private care. Some of these clinics specialize in vaccination and the prevention of infectious diseases. Others focus on the promotion of healthy babies and mothers and the treatment of communicable diseases. Effective October 1, 2018, we will be verifying proof of residency for everyone who is coming to our office for STD clinic services.

We will accept the following documentation as proof of residency:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid state ID
  • Current Utility Bill with your name (i.e. gas, electric, cable, and or cell phone)
We will also be asking everyone if they have medical insurance and will ask you to provide your card. If you do not have medical insurance, someone in our office can help you complete an insurance application. If you do not live in the City of Bethlehem and do not have insurance or you do not want to provide us with insurance information, you will be charged $20.00 for the service.
