Recycling Pick-Up updates for Friday 2/26/21

Republic Services will attempt to provide curbside recycling services on the following streets on Friday 2/26/21:
3rd Avenue, 900 block of 3rd Street, 0-700 & 900 block of 7th Street
Boyer Street, Budd Avenue, Carlton Avenue,
Franklin Street, Glendale Avenue, Hanover Street,
Hess Street, Hillside Avenue, Jackson Street,
Laufer Street, Laury Street, Luther Street,
Montclair Avenue, Parkhill Street, Pine Street,
Selfridge Street, Seneca Street,
Shields Street, Spring Street, State Street,
Stoneman Street, Thomas Street, Vine Street.

We ask that you place your recycling containers street side. Please be advised that containers should not be located behind snow banks or vehicles. Containers must be easily accessible and all cardboard must be bundled and no larger than 2’X4’ or in an acceptable recycling container.
Plastic bags of recyclables will NOT be accepted.
Should you not be picked up by end of day Friday 2/26/21, your recycling materials will be picked up on your next scheduled pick up day.
*As an alternative option, the City of Bethlehem will temporarily permit residents to take their curbside materials to Theis/Cornfeld Recycling Center, located at 635 Illick’s Mill Road and place materials into special containers: one for glass/plastics/cans/bottles and another for paper/cardboard and fibered materials.
The facility is open Tuesday through Saturday 10 am to 4 pm. *
