MobileNOW! Abruptly Ceased Operations

Bethlehem Parking Authority Interim Director Steven Fernstrom announced today that yesterday, May 18, 2020, the Parking Authority’s mobile payment provider of several years abruptly ceased their operations.

The smartphone application is no longer accessible for parking sessions to be purchased and their site is online, but only provides limited features and notices.

Current MobileNOW! customers with any questions, including the validation and refunding of virtual wallet funds, are encouraged to visit the MobileNOW! website at, www.mobile-now.us for more information.

“We understand the popularity of MobileNOW! and how important it is to have the convenience of a mobile payment system for the residents and visitors of Bethlehem. Presently, we are working on securing a replacement mobile payment partner and will be communicating our progress with the public as we come closer to naming a vendor.”

Until a replacement mobile payment provider is named, the two forms of accepted payment at all Bethlehem Parking Authority pay stations and parking meters will be credit card, park and shop tokens and coin.

The Bethlehem Parking Authority has immediately begun removing the MobileNOW! stickers from all parking meters and parking lot pay stations and removing the MobileNOW! signage from the city streets.
