2024 CDBG Application Period Extended

The City of Bethlehem has extended the application period for 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds through 11:59 PM on October 31, 2023. CDBG funds enable a range of community development activities directed toward revitalizing neighborhoods, promoting economic development, helping vulnerable individuals and populations, and improving community facilities and services. Organizations providing services to City residents may be eligible for funding. As a reminder, HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funding applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. HOME provides grants that fund a range of affordable housing activities including building, buying, and/or rehabilitating affordable housing for rent or homeownership.
