Economic Development/Start a Business

The City of Bethlehem will soon stop accepting requests for the city sponsored parklet program.  Any retail or restaurant business interested in participating must contact Shawn Fuller at (610) 419-1447 or sfuller@bethlehem-pa.gov by 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2020.  Parklet requests must incorporate existing metered parking spaces on public streets.  All requests may not be able to be accommodated.

Plan for Outdoor Dining and Other Business Uses

The City of Bethlehem has developed a “Plan for Outdoor Dining and Other Business Uses” for restaurants and retailers who wish to expand their operational footprint to help meet social distancing requirements and to provide additional accommodations to the business districts.
