The Electrical Board is appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of City Council, to determine the fitness of applicants for licenses and to investigate and report on all proposed suspensions or revocations of licenses. The Board shall consist of two (2) Master Electricians, one (1) Residential Electrician, the City Electrical Inspector, one (1) electrical engineer fully employed by local industry and two (2) citizens-at-large. With the exception of the Master Electrician and Residential Electrician categories, Board membership shall not include representation from the regulated industry.
