• Assist at special events such as kids fest, senior fest and others.
• Distribute fliers
• Assist Block Watch coordinator
• Attend and assist with Community events
• Perform Children fingerprinting
• Perform bicycle registrations at bicycle events
• Alarm billing
• Checkmate administration
• Assist traffic unit with traffic studies and speed surveys.
• Assist records room personnel with computerized statistics.
• Contact owners of lost and found property
• Take police vehicles to city garage for scheduled maintenance.
• Wash or take police vehicle to be washed.
• Daily transportation of paperwork to the Magistrates.
• Assist as a paid substitute school crossing guard.
• Assist the House Sergeant at headquarters with various clerical tasks as needed.
• Assist Crime Prevention Unit.
• Pick up inventory sheets from pawn shops
• Take court ordered fingerprints.
• Assist the volunteer coordinator.
• Assist at local substations.
