- Assist at special events such as kids fest,
senior fest and others.
- Distribute fliers
- Assist Block Watch coordinator
- Attend and assist with Community events
- Perform Children fingerprinting
- Perform bicycle registrations at bicycle
events
- Alarm billing
- Checkmate administration
- Assist traffic unit with traffic studies
and speed surveys.
- Assist records room personnel with computerized
statistics.
- Contact owners of lost and found property
- Take police vehicles to city garage for scheduled
maintenance.
- Wash or take police vehicle to be washed.
- Daily transportation of paperwork to the
Magistrates.
- Assist as a paid substitute school crossing
guard.
- Assist the House Sergeant at headquarters
with various clerical tasks as needed.
- Assist Crime Prevention Unit.
- Pick up inventory sheets from pawn shops
- Take court ordered fingerprints.
- Assist the volunteer coordinator.
- Assist at local substations.
