Blockwatch Email Addresses
The City of Bethlehem Police Department currently
has 23 active “Blockwatch” groups that work in
partnership with the police department to preserve and enhance
the quality of life within their respective areas.
Below is a list of e-mail addresses, one for each Blockwatch
group. The city of Bethlehem provides this service free to
each of the groups so that the community at large can communicate
directly with each group to ask questions or seek information.
One should keep in mind, however, that these groups are comprised
of volunteers who give their time for this service to their
community; so please keep that in mind when sending a message
or awaiting a response.
You can, however, also contact the Police Department’s
Community Service Unit directly. The Lieutenant in charge
is Lt. Robert J. Haffner and he can be reached at 610.865.7296

The sergeant of the bicycle officers if Sgt. Jason D. Schiffer

The sergeant in charge of the DARE/School Resource and Parks
