Appeal of George Azar, etal, from an Enforcement Notice, issued May 11, 2015, requiring the applicant to cease using the paved area on the east side of the building for sales and/or storage of products. In the alterative, applicant seeks approval to eliminate certain exterior areas used for the sale and/or storage of products and redirect these items to the paved area on the east side of the building. Further, the applicant requests an interpretation pertaining to the amount of retail space under roof and its reconfiguration on the premises. The zoning officer issued a letter, dated May 7, 2015, requiring the applicant to resubmit the interior layout to ensure no increased retail space.
