Appeal of Silk Mill Realty, LLC for dimensional variances pertaining to first: the construction of the 21 condominiums, and second: the off-street parking for the condominiums and apartments. Appeal of Steven Miga for dimensional variances from the parking lot setback and sight visibility at a driveway to construct a 6 condominium multi-family dwelling structure on the property.
