B. SKETCH PLAN – Park View Commons, Williams Street, Ward 16, Zoned RM, plans dated April 14, 2004. This plan proposes a 44 unit townhouse condominium development on a 9.61 acre tract.
C. PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Miller Self Storage, NE Corner of Traveler Avenue and Auburn Street, Ward 16, Zoned LI, plans dated June 2, 2004. This plan proposes the construction of four multi-tenant mini storage facilities on a 35,754 square foot lot.
D. Miller Self Storage Waiver Requests for curbs, gutters, sidewalks, crosswalks, cross drainage gutters, and the extension of lateral fill material.
3. ZONING AMENDMENTS.
A. Proposed amendments to Section 1313 of the zoning ordinance, Shopping Center District, to revise the definition of Shopping Center, modify permitted uses and modify the height provisions.
