The Bethlehem Bureau of Recreation offers skating lessons for all ages, abilities and interests at the newly renovated outdoor rink. Our trained and experienced instructors offer a safe, fun way to learn skating basics and beyond. Our lesson program is a member of the U.S. Figure Skating’s Basic Skills Program and is endorsed by USA Hockey.

The rink is also available for hockey, private or group rentals. The fee is $275.00. There is also a party room available for rental during public sessions. Reservations are required. Anyone interested in rentals should call the Recreation Office, 610-865-7081, for availability. $50 per hour for residents and $75 per hour for non residents, paid at time of reservation.

*Proof of residency required at time of purchase

*Family pass includes no more than two adults and up to 2 dependent children age 18 & under. Each additional child is $20.00. Everyone on the pass must reside in same household.

FIGURE SKATING

Monday: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. Fee: $10
Wednesday: 9:00 –11:00 a.m. Adult Session (Begins 11/2) Fee: $10
Saturday: 9:15 –10:45 a.m. (Begins 11/5)

Hockey Program
Stick & Puck Fundamentals: First touch of stick to puck for skaters with basic skating ability.
In-House Clinic: Developmental hockey for skaters 7 yrs. & older with basic skating proficiency.
Power Skating: Advanced power skating instruction for Middle & High School players.

BETHLEHEM SKATING SCHOOL
Skating lessons for pre-school, youth, teens, adults & families of all abilities. 4 week sessions. 30 minute class. Learn to Skate through Figure Skating levels. Classes are Monday through Wednesday and Saturday. Pre-registration required.

RINK RENTAL – Available for hockey, private, school, church, community or corporate rentals. Fee: $275.00 per hour for resident or scholastic rentals and $300 per hour for non-residents.


PARTY ROOM - Available for rental during public sessions for celebrations of any kind. Reservations required. Non-refundable fee paid at time of reservation. Fee: $50.00 per hour for residents and $75.00 per hour for non-residents.
