To decrease the incidence of foodborne illnesses and assure
the quality of food establishments in the City of Bethlehem.
The Bethlehem Health Bureau licenses and inspects all food service
establishments including: restaurants, daycares, retail food
establishments, mobile and temporary vending, schools, and nursing
homes.
