Are you a smoker?

The Bethlehem Health Bureau offers a smoking cessation program to all City of Bethlehem residents interested in quitting smoking.

Call 610-997-3562 to schedule an appointment.

Detailed Information

The program consists of:

  • Individual counseling sessions
  • Sessions are weekly / bi-weekly
  • Client and counselor work together to set up a quit date
  • Use of Nicotine Replacement Therapy
  • Cost of each 2 week supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (i.e. patch, gum, and lozenge) is $10. Cash or check is acceptable.

Other Resources

Pennsylvania’s Free Quitline, 1-800-QUIT NOW (1-800-784-8669) is offered as a partnership between the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the American Cancer Society. Based on state-of-the-art techniques in smoking cessation, the service provides counseling and structured assistance for individuals who are committed to quitting. The Quitline can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
