Welcome to City of Bethlehem's online government services portal, eGovPlus.

This portal provides you with the ability to:

offer feedback on municipal projects
initiate a request for service
review property information
make a payment to the City on utility bills. (The ability to make payments on alarm bills, real estate taxes and other miscellaneous bills is coming soon).

Please note that when making payments, credit card processing fees apply. Please review the summary of payment fees before paying online.

It also provides citizens with a single access point to all of their permits, licenses, code enforcement cases, and billing accounts including alarm billing, miscellaneous billing, utility billing, and special assessments.
