It is proposed to install a National Register plaque to the brick pillar at the entrance to the home.

It is proposed to install 2 sets of silhouette lighted signs, on the 3rd Street façade and one on the Polk Street façade.

It is proposed to replace the existing, unstable brick veneer and loose masonry with closely matching brick.
