It is proposed to have outdoor seating.

It is proposed to add tables and chairs to the side/rear of the exterior to match the approved tables and chairs out front.

It is proposed to repair damaged and deteriorated masonry, replace windows and doors remove and replace asbestos siding, miscellaneous repair and repainting and install signage.

It is proposed to renovate the façade including removal and re-installation of slate roofing, repair cracks and missing mortar, install new windows and door and paint trim to match adjacent South Hall.

It is proposed to install an addition on the south side of the house.

It is proposed to install retractable windows and doors, paint trim and install a new awning with signage.
