Notice is hereby given that the ZONING HEARING BOARD will have a meeting in TOWN HALL, 10 E. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA, on Wednesday February 24, 2010 at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST APPEAR AT THE MEETING

1. 201 Prospect Avenue
Appeal of Ronald Bowser for a special exception and a dimensional variance to construct a 20’ x 25’ two story addition, attached to a two story single family dwelling which is a non-conforming structure. The lot is non-conforming in depth. Allowable expansion of a non-conforming structure – 50%, proposed – 67.4%; Required rear yard setback – 20’, proposed – 11.87’ (Articles 1308.02.a.1 refers to 1304.02.a.1, 1308.03, 1318.01, Table A-2, 1302.63, 1323.04.a and c, 1325.06 and 1325.07)

2. 216 E. Greenwich Street
Appeal of Loch, Elsenbaumer, Newton & Co. for dimensional variances from the side yard setback, the number of stories, and the clear sight triangle for a driveway, to construct a single-family detached dwelling on a non-conforming lot. Required side yard setback – 6’, proposed – 4’; Maximum number of stories – 2.5, proposed – 3; Required driveway sight triangle – 8’, proposed Westside – 5’. 3. 902 4th Avenue
Appeal of Vitalistic School for a special exception to expand a private school in a residential zoning district by 2240 square feet. A previous expansion of 2872 square feet was granted by the Zoning Hearing Board in 2004.
