A. (06-009LD) –FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN - SCHOENERSVILLE ROAD RETAIL CENTER, 3101 Avenue C – Ward 13, Zoned CS, plans dated May 9, 2006 and last revised October 17, 2006. The plan proposes the construction of a drive-through McDonald’s restaurant and a specialty strip of retail stores with an attached drive-through Starbuck’s coffee shop and 90 parking spaces on a 2.028 acre lot.

B. (06-013LD) –FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN - EATON AVENUE BANK AND OFFICE BUILDING, 924 Eaton Avenue – Ward 13, Zoned CM, plans dated July 18, 2006 and last revised October 5, 2006. The plan proposes the demolition of the existing bank building and the construction of a 17,325 square foot, 3 story bank and office building with 52 parking spaces on a 1.13 acre lot.
