1. 79 WEST MARKET STREET SUITE 400
It is proposed to install a sign with exterior illumination.

2. 425 CENTER STREET
It is proposed to construct two masonry piers to serve as the terminus of the cast iron fence that is also being installed.

3. 218 E. MARKET STREET
It is proposed to install wrought iron fence to match existing fence and extend it across the front of the property and replace the wood gate with a wrought iron gate.

It is proposed to paint porch areas, install siding on rear addition and vinyl on porch ceilings, and install new windows.
