2. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENTS.

A. PRELIMINARY/FINAL PLAN – Microtel Hotel, 2201 Cherry Lane, Ward 16, Zoned CG, plans dated May 3, 2004. This plan proposes a 4 story 82 room hotel with 80 parking spaces on a 1.397 acre tract.
B. Miller Self Storage, Northeast corner of Traveler Avenue and Auburn Streets, Waiver Requests for curbs.

3. ZONING AMENDMENTS.

A. Proposed amendment to add Section 1308B, Rural Residential Transition zone (RRT) to the Zoning Ordinance and to amend the current City Zoning Map to add the RRT zone.
