1. MINUTES. Approval of Minutes - Regular Meeting Held April 8, 2004.

2. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENTS.

A. PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – L & L BUILDING II, Northeast corner of Broad and New, Ward 7, Zoned CB, plans dated June 10, 2002 and last revised April 12, 2004. The plans propose the construction of a five story building.

3. ZONING AMENDMENTS.

A. Proposed zoning map amendment to rezone the northwest corner of Arden and Ravena Streets from I (Institutional) to RG (Residential).

B. Proposed zoning map amendment to rezone a portion of the Schoenersville Road corridor from PI (Planned Industrial) to CS (Shopping Center).

C. Proposed amendments to Section 1313 of the zoning ordinance, Shopping Center District, to revise the definition of Shopping Center, modify permitted uses and modify the height provisions.

D. Proposed amendment to Appendix A of the zoning ordinance to modify side yard setbacks in specific cases for single family attached dwellings.
