3. SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENTS.
A. PRELIMINARY/FINAL MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN AND WAIVER REQUESTS
– LVIP VII - Saucon Tract, Phase 1 – East 4th
& Lynn Avenue, Ward 17, HI Zone, plan dated December 19,
2003 and revised January 23, 2004. The plan proposes to subdivide
a 232 acre tract into 4 lots. The applicant also requests
for sidewalks, cartway width, and radii returns at street
and driveway intersections.
B. PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN - BETHLEHEM FIELD
LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN - northwest corner of Cherry Lane and
Easton Road, Zone RM, Ward 16, plans dated August 11, 2003
and last revised December 16, 2003. The plan proposes 192
one and two bedroom apartments and 345 parking spaces on a
12.28 acre lot.
C. PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – LINDEN COURT
CONDOMINIUMS – 3304 Linden Street, Zoned RS, Ward 14,
plans dated February 11, 2003 and last revised July 7, 2003.
The plan proposes 21 single family attached condominium dwellings
with individual garages located on a 2.9622 acre tract.
