AGENDA

1. 47 E. Market Street
It is proposed to install masonry and gates to completely enclose the rear yard.

2. 501 Main Street
It is proposed to remove the non-historic masonry build up on the north chimney and rebuild and cap the chimney to match the southern, historically accurate chimney. The flashing at the party wall with adjacent structure shall also be addressed.

3. 402 North New Street
It is proposed to install venting for high efficiency furnace. This will include two 3” PVC pipe cone intakes and one vent at an appropriate location.

4. 44 E. Market Street
It is proposed to add a shed roof over the outside rear stairway to the Sunday school room. This is a revision with more details requested by the Board at the July 7th meeting.
OWNER: Trinity Episcopal Church

5. 524 N. New Street
It is proposed to renovate the exterior of the building and add signage. This is a resubmission of the appeal which was submitted and reviewed by the Board at the July 7th meeting. More details have been added to the plan.

6. 564 Main Street
It is proposed to create a courtyard with a brick walkway and landscaping in the North Courtyard of the Sun Inn. This is a Boy Scout Project. More details will be submitted at the meeting, including the brick pattern, type of shrub and tree planting, mulch, etc.
