It is proposed to restore the façade including paint, shutters, cornice and awning. It is also proposed to hang a wooden 2-sided sign on the west side corner.

It is proposed to install an 11” x 8” bronze historic plaque to wooden column.

It is proposed to restore the façade including painting, replacing brick face, replacing windows, repairing trim and replacing rotted basement access door.

It is proposed to install a 2-sided, 3’ x 2’ redwood sign on iron brackets.
