The applicant proposes to convert a first floor commercial unit (e-David Gallery) to a mixed-use commercial/residential unit in the CB (Commercial Business) Zoning District. The “Commercial” gallery frontage on Main Street is to remain, and the rear of the unit is proposed to be living quarters. This will require minimal renovation, as an updated kitchen and bathroom already exist.
