This development proposes to construct a 2-story, 8 unit multi-family dwelling with 17 parking spaces on a 2.0937 acre lot being subdivided from a 3.0941 acre lot. The remaining lot will be 1.0004 acres and the existing single-family home will remain.
The waiver requests for this plan include curb, sidewalk and road widening.
