A. (05-022MLD) – CURB AND SIDEWALK DEFERRAL AND DRIVEWAY WIDTH WAIVER – PRELIMINARY/FINAL MINOR LAND DEVELOPMENT AND SUBDIVISION PLAN – LUSITANIA BAKERY MODIFICATIONS – 957 Minsi Trail Street, Ward 15, RT/LI Zone, Plans dated September 15, 2005 and revised May 19, 2006.
This plan proposes the resubdivision of 3 lots, the construction of building additions on Lot C and an employee parking lot on lot D.

This development proposes to construct a six story dormitory, with 231 beds in 40 suites, and a 64 space parking lot on the college’s Hurd Campus. Post construction lot size is 9.981 acres.

B. (07-005S) – PRELIMINARY/FINAL MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN – STEVEN MIGA
CLERMONT STREET, 2025 Clermont Street – Ward 15, Zoned RT, plans dated October 8, 2007
Submission Date: October 9, 2007 Expiration Date: February 7, 2008
This plan proposes one new single family detached dwelling unit, two new semi-detached dwelling units and one existing single family detached dwelling units on a .367 acre lot

C. (07-012LD&S) – LAND DEVELOPMENT SKETCH PLAN # 2 – BETHLEHEM MANOR ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY– Southeast corner of Center Street and Dewberry Avenue, Ward 14, Zoned I, Plans dated October 16, 2007.
This development proposes to construct 3 connected one-story buildings creating 125 living units for a total of 78,780 square feet of interior space with 60 parking spaces on a 5 acre lot being subdivided from a 21.5 acre parcel.

D. (07-012MLD&S) – PRELIMINARY/FINAL MINOR LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – DUNKIN DONUTS LINDEN STREET – 1301 Linden Street, Ward 14, RT Zone, Plans dated September 5, 2007 and last revised November 8, 2007
Submission Date: October 5, 2007 Expiration Date: February 3, 2008
This plan proposes converting an existing gas station to a gas station and Dunkin Donuts with drive-thru. The proposal also includes a new 8-car parking lot with drive-thru and driving aisles.

E. (07-003S) – PRELIMINARY/FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAN – E. NINTH STREET HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, 1411 E. Ninth Street – Ward 17, Zoned RR, plans dated June 5, 2007 and last revised November 16, 2007.
Submission Date: June 1, 2007 Expiration Date: January 15, 2008
This plan proposes 8 single family dwelling units on a .6921 acre lot.
