This plan proposes to subdivide an existing 21.5-acre parcel to create a 5-acre lot and a 16.5 residual acre lot to be retained by the cemetery.

This plan proposes 60 single family dwelling units on a 57.75 acre lot. 18 of the dwelling units are on the portion of land (23.2 acres) that is in the City of Bethlehem. The remaining portion of the site is in Bethlehem Township.
