This plan proposes the preservation of existing key historical structures
while pursuing a mixed use development. Included will be a casino
for 3,000 slot machines (expandable to 5,000), food, beverage and
entertainment venues, a 300 key hotel, adaptable multi-purpose space/arena
and approximately 200,000 square feet of retail space. There are
a total of 4,394 parking stalls proposed for this phase with 3,200
of them in a parking garage. The total development site measures
56 acres.
