The proposed development is a 40’ x 40’ fenced enclosure with a 120’ monopole and 2 parking spaces on a 9.47 acre lot.

This plan proposes 60 single family dwelling units on a 57.75 acre lot. 18 of the dwelling units are on the portion of land (23.2 acres) that is in the City of Bethlehem. The remaining portion of the site is in Bethlehem Township.
The developer is requesting a waiver from the maximum cul-de-sac length of 500 feet.
