A. (07-005MLD) –PRELIMINARY/FINAL MINOR LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN -- VERIZON WIRELESS TOWER – Spring Garden and Rodgers Streets, Zoned I, Ward 14, plan dated May 30, 2007 and last revised July 12, 2007.
Submission Date: July 20, 2007 Expiration Date: November 16, 2007
This plan proposes the construction of a 140’ communications monopole and an equipment shelter within a leased, 30’ x 50’ fenced area on a 1.92 acre lot that is currently owned by the City of Bethlehem.

B. (07-002LD) – PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN –MARTIN TOWER, Phase I -- 1170 Eighth Avenue – Ward 13, Zoned CM-LTN, plans dated May 15, 2007 and last revised July 16, 2007.
Submission Date: May 18, 2007 Expiration Date: September 13, 2007
This plan proposes the development of 580 “stacked townhouses” in 57 buildings and 1,519 parking spaces. 13,000 square feet of retail space and the redevelopment of Martin Tower into residential units will be submitted as future phase plans. The entire lot area is 52.5 acres.
