2. WAIVER REQUESTS

MINOR SUBDIVISION PLAN (07-002MIN) – 742 Shields Street, Zoning: RM,
Ward 5, Block 12A, plan dated December 22, 2006.
Request of a waiver from curb and sidewalk (Sections 1349.06.a and b) and from standard driveway entrance and apron detail (no driveway shall be allowed within 25 feet of the street line intersection).

3. LAND DEVELOPMENT PLANS

A. (06-002S) MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN AND WAIVER REQUESTS – MINSI RIDGE, James and Aaron Streets, Ward 17, RR Zone, plan dated March 14, 2006 and last revised April 24, 2007 with revised record plan sheet dated June 11, 2007.
The proposed subdivision will create 26 new building lots and a residual parcel that will remain undeveloped in perpetuity. The combined project site is 16.757 acres.

B. (06-014LD&S) – LAND DEVELOPMENT AND SUBDIVISION PLAN – ORTWEIN/ZUMAS CONDOMINIUMS – 1427-1437 Kelchner Road, Ward 13, Block 93, Zoned RS, plans dated July 12, 2006.
This plan proposes sixteen (16) multi-family and two (2) single family condominium dwellings along with 16 visitor parking spaces on a 2.69 acre lot.
