A. (06-002S) MAJOR SUBDIVISION PLAN AND WAIVER REQUESTS – MINSI RIDGE, James and Aaron Streets, Ward 17, RR Zone, plan dated March 14, 2006 and last revised April 24, 2007.
The proposed subdivision will create 27 new building lots and a residual parcel that will remain undeveloped in perpetuity. The combined project site is 16.757 acres.

3. WAIVER REQUESTS

A. (07-003MLD) MINOR LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN – VICTORY FIRE HOUSE, 205 Webster Street – sidewalk deferral request on Columbia Street.

4. SALDO AMENDMENT

A. Amendments to Section 1347.10 and Definitions of the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance to address regulations in dedication of land or fees for recreation.
