A. (06-009LD) –FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN– Schoenersville Road Retail Center –2001 Avenue C – Ward 13, Zoned CS, plans dated May 9, 2006 and last revised October 17, 2006.
Application Date: May 9, 2006 Deadline: January 12, 2007

This plan proposes the construction of a McDonald’s fast food restaurant and a specialty strip of retail stores with an attached Starbuck’s coffee shop with 90 parking spaces on a 2.028 acre lot.

3. REVIEW OF PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DENSITY WITHIN THE CB (CENTRAL BUSINESS) ZONING DISTRICT

A. (06-012MLD) – HEITMAN APARTMENTS – 23-25 W. 4th Street, Ward 3, CB Zone.

This plan proposes creating two additional dwelling units on the second floor of a three story mixed-use building. Existing uses include a commercial first floor and 2 residential units.

B. (06-011MLD) – FARR BUILDING RESIDENTIAL UNITS – 2 W. BROAD STREET, Ward 7, CB Zone, Plans dated November 30, 2006.

This plan proposes 13 residential units on third and fourth floors, 8 offices on the second floor and a 5,500 square foot restaurant on the first floor of an existing 34,000 square foot building.
